Over a thousand years ago, an ancient clan known as the Otsutsuki Clan traveled to Earth from a different planet in the galaxy. Kaguya Otsutsuki, the princess of the clan, and her sons, Hagoromo and Hamura, greatly affected shinobi and the entire world by their actions, which helped create the world as we know it today. Nearly every member of this clan has uncommon physical features, such as horns, and they typically have paler skin tones. The Senju, Uzumaki, Uchiha, Hyuga, and Kaguya clans are just a few of their famous progenitors.

Kaguya developed a god-complex and a messiah-complex after learning to control strong chakra from the Shinju's fruit, believing that chakra truly belongs to her alone and that only she could shield and unify the world.She has also shown no signs of aging, demonstrating her absolute immortality. Despite initially wanting peace like her sons and grandsons, Kaguya decided to utilize her immense and dreadful power to subjugate everyone. Kaguya also shows a certain amount of affection, showing that she cares profoundly about the world and doesn't want humanity to further damage it.
2 - Toneri Ōtsutsuki
Kaguya Otsutsuki's oldest twin son, Hamura, claims that Toneri Otsutsuki, a direct clan descendant of Kaguya Otsutsuki, is a blood relative. He appears as The Last: Naruto the Movie's only antagonist. Toneri, who claims that the Otsutsuki clan has been plotting to wipe out humankind for a thousand years, harbors resentment toward humanity for turning chakra into weapons. He also appears to be very interested in Hanabi Hyuga and wants to whisk her away before the moon itself completely destroys the world. It is unknown if this is due to Kaguya or her son Hagoromo, because the basis of his strong animosity has not yet been revealed.
3 - Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki
Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki , a member of the main family of the Ōtsutsuki clan, was tasked with investigating Kaguya and her God Tree as well as trying to create a new one using the chakra of the Seventh Hokage. Momoshiki placed a Kma on him before he was killed by Boruto Uzumaki, allowing his spirit to survive through the mark.
4 - Kinshiki Ōtsutsuki
Kinshiki was so devoted to and deferential to his foster son Momoshiki that he willingly agreed to be transformed into a chakra fruit (in the film, a chakra pill).He also used the honorific "-sama" to refer to his foster son. The fact that Kinshiki was motivated to kill Sasuke Uchiha for cutting off his horn during their initial combat also demonstrated his desire for vengeance. He has no concern for anyone save Momoshiki, as evidenced by the time he attempted to kill Sasuke when the latter was attempting to get his daughter to safety amid the mayhem that Momoshiki and Kinshiki had caused when they first arrived in Konoha.

5 - Urashiki Ōtsutsuki
Urashiki has been revealed to have a more laid-back and cheery personality than his former comrades. With Momoshiki and Kinshiki, he was more than prepared to play about and make fun of how serious they were. Even if it went against his wishes, Urashiki was still loyal to his clan and obeyed the tsutsuki laws. For example, even though he wanted to kill Toneri, he decided to immobilize him instead because he was not given the go-ahead to kill another clan member. Like his comrades, Urashiki was revealed to be conceited and to view everyone as inferior to him.
6 - Isshiki Ōtsutsuki
Isshiki and Kaguya arrived on Earth a thousand years ago with the intention of planting a tree and harvesting its chakra fruit. Kaguya was supposed to be the lower-ranked sacrifice for the Chakra Fruit, but she turned on Isshiki instead, killing Isshiki's lower half and leaving Isshiki in critical condition. In order to survive his wound by ingesting Jigen's nutrition, Isshiki came up with a desperate scheme when he encountered Jigen and realized he lacked the strength to implant a Kma on him. Isshiki eventually gained control over Jigen's entire body and implanted a Kma on his host.
