Triangle Pose (Trikonasana)

Trikonasana is also called Trikonasana, Extended Triangle Pose, and Utthita Trikonasana. It is a standing yoga pose. Avoid this pose if you are suffering from a posterolateral disc herniation, neck injury, or back problems. The pose will help you lose weight because it helps burn the fat around your belly and waist. When performing this pose, the muscles in your body are stretched at three different angles.

1 - Stand in a mountain pose and move your feet a little wider than your shoulder width apart. Extend your arms so they are parallel to the ground; keep your palms facing the ground. 
2 - If you are starting on the right side, your right foot should be at a 90-degree angle at the end of the mat, and you should move your left foot at a 45-degree angle.
3 - Inhale and exhale while bending your body at the hip joint. Move yourself over your right leg and keep the sides of your waist long. Keep lengthening your tailbone towards your back heel.
4 - When you reach your right arm down to your right foot, hold your ankle with your right hand. Your left arm should be extending upwards. Keep the fingers of your left hand pointed up towards Make a straight vertical line with your shoulders and arms.
5 - Shoulders aligned and your head turned up towards. Hold for five to ten breaths.
