Sphinx Pose (Salamba Bhujangasana)

In Sanskrit, Salamba Bhujangasana Sa means with, Alamba means support, Bhujanga means cobra, and Asana means pose. 2 - Bring your arms up and rest your elbows underneath your shoulders, along with your forearms on the ground, parallel to every alternative. Put your middle fingers directly forward. On inhalation, press your forearms into the ground and carry your head and chest off the ground. Press your pubis into the ground.
