Reclining Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana)

Reclining Bound Angle Pose (Supta Baddha Konasana) could be a restorative yoga pose, done with the support of a bolster. The bolster elevates the rear and head, which brings several advantages. One such way is to encourage the simple downward flow of prana (life force). Supta Baddha Konasana could seem simple or unappealing, but the sweetness of this pose lies in what happens inside our body and mind, rather than outside. The skeletal muscle muscle cluster, in particular, could be a part of the "fight or flight" reflex system within the body that makes it terribly at risk of any stress, strain, or trauma.

Reclining Bound Angle Pose

Beginner’s Tip

Lifting the feet slightly off the ground is another way to increase traumatized strain in the inner thighs and groins. Use a soft block with a sticky mat and lay the skin edges of your feet parallel to the long axis of the block’s prime face. If the very low height of the block isn’t enough to alleviate the strain, flip the block to its middle height.

NOTE: Before you start this, consult your doctor or an exercise professional about this pose. Don't try to do it alone.

Tip To Do -

1 - Start by lying on your back. Bend your knees on the ground and keep the soles of your feet on the ground.
2 - Open your knees bent on either side, transporting the soles of your feet along. The legs are going to be in the same position as they're in Cobbler's pose (Baddha Konasana).
3 - Depending on your preference, your arms can be in a comfortable position—out in a T shape, overhead, relaxed by your sides, or resting on your thighs.
4 - Stay here for several minutes to allow gravity to deepen your stretch. Throughout creation, breathe naturally.
5 - To come back out, reach down and facilitate your knees' return. Then roll over to at least one area and use your hands to support you as you stay awake.
