Diamond Pose (Vajrasana)

Diamond Pose is also called Vajrasana. Diamond Pose is the simplest of all the yoga poses, which can be done after lunch or dinner as well. If you want to practice breathing exercises and meditation, this is the pose to be in. If you are suffering from joint pain, avoid this pose. Those who suffer from gas problems can do this 10 to 15 minutes after lunch or dinner to help improve their health. Yoga relieves your stomach problems and helps to strengthen your spine.
