NOTE: Before you start this, consult your doctor or an exercise professional about this pose. Don't try to do it alone.

Tip To Do -

1 - Let your arms and legs hang open while you're on your back, with the arms at a 45-degree angle to your torso. If necessary, put a blanket under or on top of your body to ensure that you are warm and comfortable.
2 - Take a few calm, deep breaths through your nose while closing your eyes. Allow your entire body to relax into the floor by allowing it to become soft and heavy.
3 - Look for tension, rigidity, and clenched muscles all throughout the body, from the tips of the toes to the top of the head. Any regions you find should be released and relaxed consciously. If necessary, rock or wriggle specific body parts from side to side to promote more release.
4 - Give up all control over your body, mind, and breath. Allow your body to gradually enter a deep level of relaxation. Stay in this post for 15 to 20 minutes.
