If you feel dizzy or weak after exposure to the sun, immediately take some water in lower quality or and retire to a shaded cool place. Lie down with your legs spread for about half an hour to allow your body to recover and prevent fainting attacks. When you feel ok, drink water and rest well.

10 - Stay Indoors and Avoid Heat Waves.


Stay indoors and restrict outdoor activities to the cooler parts of the day like early morning before 11. am or late evening after 5.00 pm, that time you can avoid high UV rays.
